DME Big Easy Express: Fun on a train

Just a quick heads up on something that's been on my radar...

The DME Big Easy Express next weekend (Saturday the 11th) is going to be one fun experience. Packed into six hours at the coast, folks will hear music in a park (twice), take a train ride in historic cars along the beautiful Oregon coast while being entertained by some of the Northwest's best blues, Cajun and Zydeco musicians - Reggie Houston, Turtle Vandermarr, Steve Kerin, Lady A, Peter Dammann, the Too Loose Cajun Band, Mac Potts - and there will even be a car for dancing! And lunch too ...  Amanda Gresham's Delta Music Experience and RailsNW put this all together and you should check it out.

Trip leaves out of Garibaldi and you'll need to be there by 11 am.... There are a limited number of tickets left, so you might want to get one soon. Maybe see ya on the train!
