Right up there on the list with him is Casey Neill. With his crack band, The Norway Rats (a veritable local allstar group with Little Sue, Jesse Emerson, Chet Lyster, Jenny Conlee and Ezra Holbrook), Casey's songs have a passion and literacy that's hard to top. He's at The Woods tonight ... 9 pm, $7
