Forgot to mention a wonderful Texas troubadour appearing tonight at the Walters Cultural Arts Center in Hillsboro (a fine venue if you've never ventured out to it) ... Eric Taylor. Eric is a long-time fixture on the Texas (Houston in particular) folk and acoustic music scene. A songwriter and performer with depth and heart ... simply one of the best .... highly recommended ... 8 pm, $17
