Y'all should start with a parade! Join the Mysti Krewe of Nimbus leading a Louisiana-inspired parade with a Portland twist on Mississippi Avenue ... parade begins at 6:30 pm and heads down the avenue from Skidmore to Fremont. Party after the parade with live music at Mississippi Pizza ... wear your beads, masks, costumes and join the fun ...
