A bit of blog reformatting

Bored, I guess.

Actually, the site was in need of a little makeover.  I might not be finished.  Besides the page design/colors/layout, I've added some static pages and removed info from the sidebars.  I'd like to make the entire experience of visiting Jim's Music Notes more useful (less useless?) .... see what ya think - let me know via the comments.
