Busy week in music - we'll start with tonight

Let's begin with the Portland Jazz Festival. There are so many great shows associated with this event, the best thing I can do is send you to the schedule and to Oregon Music News for a bunch of great articles on the festival and artists who will be here. Note on the schedule there's music associated with the festival all around town - much of it free. Featured artist shows begin tonight with Brazilian singer Luciana Souza and there's some cool opportunities to learn via conversations with featured musicians at the Art Bar (lobby of the Performing Arts Center on Friday and Saturday afternoons (free!). I really encourage you to get out and support this annual event!
In other music tonight ...
