Bike to music on Sunday

Get on your bike and ride around southeast to sample some great music all day . . .

It's the last of Portland's Sunday Parkways events for the summer and this week it's in Southeast with special activities in Mt Tabor, Col. Summers, Sunnyside and Laurelhurst Parks . . . from 9 am - 4 pm . . . and while your out riding . . .

It's also the Hawthorne Street Fair, with a couple of stages of music going all day. The 34th Ave stage will be electric and the 42nd Ave stage will be acoustic . . . music goes from 11 am to 5 pm with great acts on each.

. . . or ride over to Music Millennium for a 3 pm performance of Steve James - a very fine finger-picker, slide player and vocalist (who will also be at Duff's Garage on Monday night) . . . or cruise on over to the Doug Fir for another great Pickin' on Sunday . . .

Maybe see ya out and about!
