Lisa and I saw this combo at the east end opening last year. Baseball Project was in the support spot( for Amy Rigby & Wreckless Eric) and it was way beyond fun with Steve's and Scott's repartee, Peter's usual deadpan, and obviously cool tunes about baseball heroes and villains from yesteryear. We didn't know what to expect, and they were able to win us over pretty quickly considering they were still working on some of the "we're just taking a break from recording these tunes"and the snare drum stand was a hair's breath from collapsing. They've obviously been practicing (ha, ha). We'll have to remember to pick this up next time we're in Music Millenium.
